Responsibilities Include but Not Limited to:
oUnderstand and perform work in a safe and helpful manner.
oManage, correct, and enhance operational understanding and utilization of the ERP system.
oMonitor data integrity and drive processes to maintain data quality.
oGuide the development and improvement of operational business intelligence (BI) and oArt3mis MES, industry 4.
0 future factory implementation.
oDrive reporting alignment between finance, supply chain and factory operations.
oTrack variances and performs root cause analysis, implementing corrections & countermeasures to improve standards.
oAssist in developing ERP standards to assist manufacturing and supply chain.
oMinimize process and quality variations (standard work) while capturing critical knowledge & data for future use.
oMaintain product and company reputation by understanding and complying with government regulations and company policies.
oMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
oPerform Training to system users.
oProvide Timing report on activities progress and deliver requested reports to hierarchical or functional project management.
Requirements:
oMust be able to obtain in minimal time the necessary credentials to comply with all federal export control requirements (US citizen or a US permanent resident.
) oA Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business oManagement, or related field is required, Master's degree preferred.
oPreferred experience with Aerospace business requirements and manufacturing processes.
o3
years' experience with XA MAPICS ERP system, preferably end to end.
o3
years' experience with Data models and Querywork (SQL, Cognos, Access, Qlikview) and associated Data extraction techniques (ODBC, etc.
).
o3
years' experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environment.
o2
years' experience in an analytical role.
oCompetent with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, Access etc.
) oComprehensive communication skills in the English language electronically, verbally, and written.
oTravelling required as this is multi-site job.
oFlexibility to travel (up to 20% in average) is required (to visit stakeholders, clarify requirements, and better understand business processes in use).
oA valid and clear driver's license may be required for travel purposes.
