Lead Manufacturing Engineer

Our exclusive client is a growing industrial manufacturer looking to add a Lead Manufacturing Engineering to their team. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and engineering support within the manufacturing facility. Responsible for the design and improvement of new and existing processes, equipment, tooling, fixtures, gauges, safety programs and environmental programs. You will work closely with sales and new product groups relating to the development of new products and production processes in order to meet customer expectations for quality and on-time delivery.

Minimum Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution is required
o Minimum 3 years of experience in a related engineering role is required
Job Requirements:
o Ability to comprehend and execute work assignments with minimal follow-up or supervision

o Exceptional organization skills
o Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access)
o TS 16949 or ISO 9000 experience in an automotive environment preferred
o Lean manufacturing experience
o Ability to work in a team environment
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
o Provide technical leadership for group Leaders and production personnel
o Track and improve production efficiencies and quality defects
o Plan projects, scheduling, and implementation
o Participate in new product development design review and establish proper routing steps to ensure end products meet customer quality and delivery requirements
o Implement methods for processing and assembly of product that ensure the highest quality, at the optimum production rate and the most economical cost
o Satisfy needs of the Quality Department for APQP documentation required to meet customer PPAP requirements and provide engineering support for customer
complaint resolution efforts
o Select correct design concepts and fundamental technology used for new products or improvement fro existing ones
o Implementation of lean manufacturing principles
o Ensure evaluation of safety, ergonomics, productivity and quality for current and new equipment
o Provide and implement training that will enable personnel to better perform their departmental functions
o Participate in problem-solving and Technical Support Team continuous improvement efforts
o Lead the facility safety committee and adhere to all safety policies
o Adhere to and equitably enforce all company policies, procedures and general work rules
o Accept reassignment to other departments as work load dictates
o Other duties as assigned by the Plant Manager

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
